The Muis Academy offers the following Halal training programmes:

Developing & Implementing the Singapore Muis Halal Quality Management System (HalMQ)  
 
Halal Slaughtering Course (Theory)
Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Understand the definition & basic concepts of Halal certification

Be better prepared to comply with Muis Halal requirements

Gain an overview of the principles of HalMQ

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Understand the basic concepts & requirements of HalMQ

Learn how to prepare & document HalMQ procedures

Gain an overview of internal audit & assessment techniques
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Understand the basic concepts of Halal slaughtering

Gain knowledge on the roles & responsibilities of being a Muslim slaughterer
Who Should Attend Mandatory for one Muslim staff & one other staff in the Halal team within Halal certified premises Strongly recommended for Halal team leader/ members within Halal certified premises Mandatory for Muslim slaughterers within Halal certified abattoirs
