Understand the definition & basic concepts of Halal certification
Be better prepared to comply with Muis Halal requirements
Gain an overview of the principles of HalMQ

Understand the basic concepts & requirements of HalMQ
Learn how to prepare & document HalMQ procedures
Gain an overview of internal audit & assessment techniques |
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand the basic concepts of Halal slaughtering
Gain knowledge on the roles & responsibilities of being a Muslim slaughterer |

Mandatory for one Muslim staff & one other staff in the Halal team within Halal certified premises |
Strongly recommended for Halal team leader/ members within Halal certified premises |
Mandatory for Muslim slaughterers within Halal certified abattoirs |
