Introduction

This part of the Hajj Awareness Program addresses issues of essential nature hajjis need to do in their own country in preparation for the hajj journey. It also addresses issues hajjis need to know and do during their stay in Saudi Arabia and after hajj has been completed.

It is assumed that action regarding hajji passport, visas, booking for transportation to the holly land and back to home land, schedule of departure, transportation and accommodation within Saudi Arabia and many other basic details are all taken care of by an organization in the hajjis home country. So it is not anticipated that such affairs are addressed in this section.

The logistical information and guidelines provided in this document addresses important issues hajjis must be trained to do and think about for their own convenience and comfort. Intention here is to make the hajj journey as pleasant and memorable experience as possible. We feel that if hajjis were well prepared and informed the less obstacle and difficulties they will face in their life time journey to the holly land.

There are 45 points included in the logistics section, each of these points is of significance to hajjis to be familiar with, so that they may enjoy a problem free hajj and return to their country happy and healthy.
