Counter operating hours:

Mondays to Thursdays:
8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
(Final queue ticket will be issued at 4:45 p.m.)

Fridays:
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
(Final queue ticket will be issued at 4:45 p.m.)

All other services require an advance appointment, which must be made at least 3 working days beforehand, subject to available time slots.

Due to the specialised nature of our services, our officers are available by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment before visiting.
