Make An Appointment

If your enquiry is complex in nature, we invite you to make an appointment to talk to a Muis officer. You may email us at info@muis.gov.sg with the following details:

  • Name, NRIC and contact information
  • Nature of your enquiry
  • Available time for appointment

Appointments are granted on a case-by-case basis. Kindly note that appointment slots are only on weekdays and are limited. Advice rendered during these sessions is for personal use and reference only. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer form before the session begins.

Customers without appointment may have to wait longer if the officer-in-charge is engaged.
