MUIS will continue to provide certain essential services at its counters. Make an appointment with our officers on the following matters:

• Emergency Zakat financial assistance

• Zakat, Fidyah and Kaffarah enquiries and payments

• Appeal Board - Filing of notice, petition and record of appeal and payment

• Religious enquires and consultation

To help us serve you better, members of the public are highly encouraged to make an appointment before visiting MUIS.

Appointment must be made 3 days in advance and subject to availability of time slots.

Members of the public should access all other services via phone, or online channels, or by appointment.
