Labbaitum Award
Singapore Pilgrims’ Affairs Office (SPAO) conferred with prestigious Labbaitum Awards by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for excellence in delivering seamless and meaningful Haj experiences.
The “Labbaitum" Award, which means "we are at your service" in Arabic, is an annual recognition presented to Haj management organisations worldwide that demonstrate outstanding performance and excellence in serving pilgrims.

The Singapore Pilgrims’ Affairs Office (SPAO) was awarded the Labbaitum Gold Award recognising its excellence in delivering seamless and meaningful Haj experiences for Singaporean pilgrims.
This accolade highlights SPAO’s holistic approach, which integrates:

Labbaitum Award for Best Office (2023)

In 2023, SPAO was conferred the prestigious Labbaitum Award for Best Office. This was the first time Singapore had received this award.
Singapore's award was specifically for providing efficient services, as well as quality and creative initiatives to Singaporean pilgrims.
A key feature highlighted was the PilgrimSG mobile application, which offers real-time information, medical consultation bookings, and a "hot button" for immediate assistance, significantly enhancing the pilgrims' experience.
SPAO was evaluated against 30 other countries' offices in the category for countries with fewer than 3,000 pilgrims.
