Issuance of Letter of Intent
Applicants who registered before 7 March 2014 will receive their Letter of Intent via the MyHajSG portal (opens in new tab) from 14 September 2026 onwards.
To ensure timely communication, applicants must keep their contact details including residential address, mobile number, and email address updated in the portal.
Steps to complete upon receiving your Letter of Intent
1. Book an appointment with any one of the following MUIS-appointed medical service providers:

Submit the Haj Applicant Declaration of Consent online at go.gov.sg/haj-applicant-consent (opens in new tab) before the Haj Medical Assessment is conducted.
Wear appropriate footwear (e.g. running shoes) for the assessment. Sandals and slippers are not allowed.
Complete the Haj Medical Assessment by 13 October 2026.
After receiving your medical report, indicate your decision (I Accept/ I Wish to Defer/ I Wish to Cancel) via MyHajSG portal (opens in new tab) by 18 October 2026.
Applicants should note that that fulfilling the medical health requirements does not guarantee an offer to perform Haj.
The final selection will depend on the applicant’s position in the registration queue.

Issuance of Letter of Offer
The Letter of Offer is a formal invitation to perform Haj.
900 Letters of Offer will be issued to eligible applicants from 20 October 2026 onwards.
The prospective pilgrims are required to purchase the Haj packages with MUIS-appointed travel agents by 2 November 2026.
Applicants who have accepted the Letter of Intent but do not receive the Letter of Offer via email or SMS will be returned to the queue in the MyHajSG portal (opens in new tab) for future Haj seasons.
Mandatory medical health requirements by MOHU
What are the medical health requirements?
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (MOHU) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has directed all Haj Affairs Office to ensure compliance with the medical health requirements.
All prospective pilgrims must confirm that they are medically fit, free from disqualifying chronic medical conditions and physically capable of performing Haj rituals independently.
These requirements are mandatory for all applicants and serve as a prerequisite for Haj visa issuance by KSA. A Haj visa will not be issued without meeting these requirements.

Important advisory for the general public
MUIS wishes to remind the public that all Haj-related services, including Haj and Haj Badal should be offered only through travel agents approved by MUIS
This is to safeguard the welfare of pilgrims and ensure that all arrangements meet the required standards and regulations.
MUIS continues to work closely with its partners to strengthen the governance of such services and will provide further updates once the new Haj Badal framework is finalised.
Avoid engaging unlicensed or unauthorised Haj agents / individuals
MUIS strongly urges the public to avoid engaging with unlicensed or unauthorised agents offering Haj-related services, as this may result in invalid travel arrangements, potential financial loss and deportation.
Verify official Haj travel agents
The public should verify the status of travel agents through MUIS’s official channels before making any payments or accepting Haj-related offers. All Haj services must be provided exclusively by MUIS-authorised travel agents.
Do not travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Haj using invalid visas
The public is also strongly advised not to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Haj period using invalid visas, such as tourist or visit visas, as this violates Saudi regulations and may result in denial of entry or deportation.
