Faith is a very important aspect in the life of a believer to brave this world. It is faith that instills unwavering belief and strong conviction on the decree of Allah (s.w.t.) in every situation. When granted with goodness and blessings, faith teaches us to always be grateful to Allah. When tested with difficulties and challenges, faith teaches us to have certainty that Allah is merciful and have positive assumptions towards Him.
Every good deed is a chance for us to be closer to Allah. However, as a believer, we should not only think about ourselves. It is true that we should strive in maintaining our connection with Allah (s.w.t.) through religious rituals and deeds. This does not mean that we can ignore the needs of others or abandon those in difficulty.
There are numerous ways that we can do to leave a positive impact in this life. It is not only restricted to financial contributions. Helping and giving any kind of easement to a fellow human being is a noble act of goodness.
