About Islamic Legacy Planning Village (ILPV)

Your family. Your legacy. Your amanah.

What does it mean to plan for the people you love, even after you have passed on?

Islamic Legacy Planning Village (ILPV) brings together Singaporean Muslims and their families for a day of learning, expert guidance and hands-on action on Islamic legacy planning.

Whether you are just starting to think about your legacy or looking to complete what you have already begun, discover how Islamic principles and Singapore's legal framework can work together to protect your family and honour your responsibilities as a Muslim.

In 2025, over 1,300 participants came together at Singapore Expo to take meaningful steps towards securing their amanah (responsibility) for family and community. This year, we go further.

ILPV 2026 moves beyond awareness to action.

Who should attend?

ILPV 2026 is open to all Singaporean Muslims and their families.

The event welcomes:

✅ Insurance nominations - Secure your insurance payouts for your loved ones, guided by financial adviser specialists.

✅ Legacy giving - Dedicate a portion of your CPF savings or insurance payout to charitable causes - such as mosques, madrasah, or a wakaf of your choice, including Wakaf Ilmu or Wakaf Masyarakat Singapura.

✅ Advance Care Planning (ACP and myACP) - Document your care preferences so your loved ones are never left guessing, supported by SATA CommHealth and Lions Befrienders.

✅ Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certification - Appoint someone you trust to make decisions if you are unable to, certified by legal professionals from PEGUAM at an exclusive event rate of $30.

💬 Consultation Zone - Personalised 1-to-1 guidance

Speak directly with asatizah, financial and legal experts who will guide you through complex scenarios and important decisions. Get answers to questions you didn't even know you should ask.

Consultations are complimentary and conducted by members of the Islamic Legacy Planning Workgroup (ILPW), legal experts, financial advisers and asatizah. Walk away with a clear action plan specific to your family's needs and circumstances.

Complete at least one ILP tool at the Marketplace and complete our ILP survey to redeem a complimentary physical copy of "The Final Amanah - Guiding Singaporean Muslims on Loss and Legacy" (opens in new tab), downloaded over 15,000 times since its launch in 2025.
