Taking Every Chance to do Good

  • Our beloved Prophet (s.a.w.) said: “Verily, the believer is like a bee, it eats what is good, spreads what is good, when it lands on something it does not break or ruin it.” [Hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad]

  • The mercy of Allah is vast; Allah (s.w.t.) does not set a limit to doing good. Rather, there are many forms of good deeds we can do in our daily lives.

  • In line with the teachings of our religion, we should increase our good deeds especially in this honourable month of Syaaban. This is the month where our Prophet (s.a.w.) would prepare himself to welcome Ramadan by increasing his acts of worship as well as fasting. (Inferred from a hadith narrated by al-Bukhari).
